      Approved terms are applied to your order and we schedule delivery.

    Terms scale with the size of the order, subject to credit approval.

    No financing fee

    We never add a fee or raise the price because you finance.

    A depreciable asset

    Vacation rental furniture is a depreciable asset. Talk to your CPA.

    Works with any order

    Finance any turnkey furnishing or custom order that meets the plan minimum.

    Pay sooner, save more

    The shorter your plan, the more discount you keep. Here is the simple version.

    • Financing by itself is not a discount. You get a discount by qualifying for one of our programs, like a Cabin Package or Inner Circle.
    • Pay it off in 6 or 12 months and you keep your full discount, up to 15% off.
    • Pick 18 months and your discount is capped at 10% off.
    • Pick 24 months or longer and you get the payment plan, but no discount on the furniture.
    • A 20% discount cannot be combined with a payment plan.

    Real examples

    $20,000 Cabin Package, paid over 12 months
    You keep the full 15% off.
    Same $20,000 package, paid over 18 months
    You get 10% off.
    Same package, paid over 36 months
    You get the payment plan, no discount.

    • Your written quote spells out your plan and your discount, so nothing is a surprise.
