Program guidelines

• The referred customer must make a qualifying purchase of at least $5,000.
• The referral must be registered or documented before or at the time of the customer's initial purchase.
• One referring party may receive a reward per qualifying customer transaction unless management approves otherwise.
• Rewards are issued after the qualifying purchase is completed. Cancelled or returned purchases may void or reduce the reward.
• The referred customer does not automatically receive an additional referral discount. They may use whichever Smoky's program they independently qualify for.
• Referral Rewards cannot be combined with a Trade or Property Management reward on the same sale.

Using store credit with discounts

Store credit is a reward value, not qualifying sales dollars. Example: $500 in credit against a $1,000 eligible order that qualifies for 10% off leaves a $500 balance, the 10% applies to that $500, and $450 is due.

• Store credit may be used on a purchase that otherwise qualifies for a Smoky's discount.
• The percentage discount applies only to the customer-paid portion after store credit is applied. Store credit itself is not discounted.
• Store credit does not count toward minimum-purchase or volume thresholds for Cabin Package, Inner Circle volume pricing, Trade, Property Management, or another Referral Reward.
• Store credit has no cash value except where otherwise required by law.
